Old Plovdiv

A cobbled street in the Old Town of Plovdiv, lined with the timber-framed, overhanging houses typical of the Bulgarian National Revival: stone walls, weathered red plaster and window boxes full of flowers. The same street is shown on a bright summer day, on a grey winter afternoon and on a snowy night, when the lanterns and windows light up the wet cobblestones. The original scene was modelled in 3ds Max, rendered in V-Ray and finished in Photoshop in 2019.
